ACL Injury prevention is better than a cure!
There is a high rate of ACL ruptures in female soccer/football players and the research suggests that up to 50% of these injuries could have been avoided with proper implementation and adherence to an injury prevention program. Two programs that have been proven to reduce ACL injuries include the FIFA 11+ and the PEP program.
